Beekeeping

We raise and protect around 700 beehives of apis mellifera ligustica. We use an organic method respecting
the rhythms and needs of this wonderful insect. Depending on each year weather we produce wildflower,
acacia, chestnut, sulla, clover, sunflower, lavender, honeydew and coriander honey. We practice nomadism
in Tuscany to allow our bees to find uncontaminated areas and abundant blooms. We breed queen bees as
well. We also produce organic pollen, propolis and wax. Our vision focuses on the protection and well-
being of the hives.
